Leaving the life I was leading was not easy, but it was worth it. I knew I needed to make some changes but I didn't know where to start. I had so many ideas but no way to hold myself accountable. I needed someone to hold me accountable, help me find my own direction, set goals, and achieve those goals. And that is when I found Cody. Cody is a life coach and he is also my life long friend. 

I left my 25 year long career, started two businesses, and enrolled in graduate school. Because I was so motivated by Cody, I became a certified life coach and am passionate about helping females of all ages. We need each other!

There is incredible value to having someone to talk to who isn't a therapist; someone to bounce ideas off of who won't judge you. A coach is a life-long friend; at least mine is!

For the past 25 years, I lived someone else's dream for my life. I entered into a financially sound career, married young, and had two beautiful children. But the career was not what I truly wanted and the marriage? Well, that's another story. You see, I was a people pleaser. I sacrificed my dreams in order to make those I cared about happy. Then I realized that people-pleasing is an extremely distorted way or living. It is not a reality and can never be a happy one. I decided to make a change. Take the leap. I no longer sought to make others happy and focused on making me happy.
