What did I do? I worked with a life coach to set goals for myself. I went back to school, changed careers, shed the toxic relationships, but most of all I took control of my life! The truth is, most of us have traumatic pasts and have done some things we are not proud of. But those things do not define you; however, they can help to create a better you. Honey, you are on a path of self discovery and self development. Together we can get you where you want to go. You got this!
Girl, I was once lost with no direction in life. I lived each day just going through the motions. I was unhappy in my career choice, my educational path, and found I was doing absolutely NOTHING for myself. I was a robot! One day I woke up and realized that I am in control of ME and I can change the course of my life. And guess what? I did it! I set goals based on what I wanted to do with my life. Now I am happier, lighter, more fulfilled, and I have never felt more free.
